Who is Billie Eilish?

Billie Eilish is an American singer and songwriter. She writes most of her music with her brother Finneas. Billie and Finneas live in Los Angeles, California. Billie and Finneas made a song called “Ocean Eyes” when she was thirteen years old. She released that song when she was fourteen. Billie is still making music today.

The History of Billie Eilish

Billie was born on December 18th 2001. She was homeschooled with her brother Finneas. When Billie was a kid,  she did many things in her free time such as horseback riding, dance, and singing. Before long her first song “Ocean Eyes” got popular in 2015. Then she continued to make music. In 2020 she won many Grammy awards. Then in 2021 she came out with the album Happier Than Ever. She is also still making music today.

Billie Eilish’s Music and Finneas’s Music. 

Billie Eilish’s music is more different than Finneas’ music. Billie’s music is inspired by Childish Gambio and Tyler, the creator.  She also won an Oscar for “No Time to Die” (”Billie Eilish”).  Her most popular song is “Bad Guy.”  Finneas is not as popular as Billie. He also released an album called Life Inside Out in 2021. While Billie has a lot of interviews Finneas does not have a lot. Both of their music is pop music. They also made songs for the movie “Turning Red.” 

How Billie Eilish’s Music has Become Popular

Billie has made a lot of different music to become popular. She first started at a young age. Her music has many different emotions. She is also promoting her merch, music, and her new perfume on social media. Billie also went on many different shows. For example she was on Carpool Karaoke. She also is still making music. 

Billie Eilish’s Body Shamed Song  

Billie Eilish is criticized not for her music, but because she doesn’t follow the typical appearance mold of her contemporaries. She doesn’t look like the perfect pop-singer. She came out with a song called “Not My Responsibility.” She did that because she wanted to say how she is not perfect. She also was in magazines where she wears tighter clothes than she normally wears. People should not judge people based on their looks. For example Lebron James is not judged on his looks he is judged on how he plays basketball.
